Adios Reflect / Kirkbys Stud Remedy Lass

An exciting addition to the stud ‘Bonnie’ was bought at the 2009 Landmark Classic Campdraft and Sale. This beautiful black mare brings a wealth of performance bloodlines to the stud.

The list of notable greats in this mares breeding include Abbey FS, Comara Princess FM, Abdul IS, Warrenbri Romeo IS, Blue Moon Mystic IS, Barnetts Creek Betty FM, Ryans Four X FM, Quidong Brigadier IS, Elliots Creek Cadet FS, Stanton Stud Jan FM. Bonnie Lass will be joined to Acres Destiny in the 2010 season via embryo transfer and will then commence campdrafting.

Palmers Fort Abdul / Star Caddie

Rhapsody is a full sister to Maryanne Gough’s Cadabra, the first Australian Stock Horse Stallion to be exported to Canada.

We felt this mares bloodlines really complimented our breeding plan. With a blue ribbon pedigree including Abbey FS, Star Black Minstral FS, Elliots creek Cadet FS, Comara Princess FM, Palmers Sissy FM, Abdul IS and Yarranoo Star IM, she is bred in the purple. Her sire Palmers Fort Abdul has consistently produced great performance horses the likes of Bryjen Fort Talon, Dinkum Pepsi and Cadabra.

Star Caddie is one of the top performed Stock Horse mares in Australia having done and won just about everything there is to win in the world of campdrafting including open Challenges and second in the Warwick Gold Cup. Currently being campaigned by Steve Hart this exquisite mare promises a very exciting future.

Rhapsody will be joined to Acres Destiny in the 2010 season via Embryo transfer and will then commence competition.

Damask at 27 is still a lovely mare! She has given us some wonderful competition horses that are breeding on their mother’s ability, looks and great personable nature.

Danielle won her first campdraft at Corryong on Damask and Glen won the maiden draft on her the same day and should have won the novice! She is a mare who gives her all.

Damask is the Dam of Snowymountains Cedar, Snowymountains Crabbapple, Snowymountains Blackbutt, Snowymountains Ingebyrah and Snowymountains Candlebark.

Tanami has some wonderful old heritage bloodines and is herself a very good type. Her half brother Kirkby’s Stud Omaha is being currently being campaigned by Ian and Donna Atthow with great success.

Her bloodlines include Elliot Creek Cadet FS, Abbey FS, Romeo IS, Bush Fire FS and Amber Princess FM.

Her oldest progeny Snowymountains Rendezvous has just begun drafting with great promise.

Bonny is a personal favourite of Danielles and has produced some lovely horses. Her bloodlines boast the highly sought after Chan on her sires side (and yes, she has the lovely Chan front and passes it on to her foals) and her dam goes back to Scrumlo Branga Prudence FM.

Bonito is the Dam of Snowymountains Moonbah, Snowymountains Crackenback (sold to Bas Leuman Productions for the film ‘Australia’), Snowy Mountains Badja, Snowymountains Lychee, Snowymountains Geebung and Snowymountains Mowamba, a lovely black colt by Glenmore Partnership Jag.

Crab has just been the most consistent and versatile mare you could hope to own. She is everybody’s favourite to ride whether at a draft, a showjumping day, mustering or a big day out riding the Snowy Mountains. Always willing, whatever the job Crab has wonderful cow sense and a super work ethic!

She is by Mick Ottons wonderful stallion Wiljohn Crab who boasts a double cross of Panzer in his breeding.

Crab has been joined this season to Steve Haydons wonderful young stallion Talawal Classic Doc. We look forward to the resulting progeny.
